Anambra State commissioner of police gives money to young woman arrested for dumping her baby in the bush

The Anambra State Commissioner Police, CP Garba Baba Umar on Wednesday, August 2, interviewed a young woman who was arrested after she dumped her one-day old baby in the bush.
After the interview, the CP out of his magnanimity, handed a huge amount of money to the young mother to carter for herself and the baby.
