Ask Fayose about his advert –Anenih

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Tony Anenih, has said the Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayo Fayose, should answer to questions trailing his advert on Monday, warning against voting for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari(retd.), on the premise that he might die in office.

Anenih, in an interview with journalists in Ilorin on his visit to reconcile aggrieved members of the PDP in Kwara State, especially the governorship aspirants, declined to make further comment on the outrage generated by
the advert and the import of the advert.
He said, “Fayose is the governor of Ekiti State, I think that question should be put to him.”
He explained that the reconciliation meeting was successful, adding that that all the parties in the meeting were happy with the outcome and resolutions of the meetings.
A source, who pleaded anonymity, however, said the some aggrieved aspirants were still not satisfied with the decision reached at the meeting.
Anenih stated that the meeting was to ensure a tidy preparations for the PDP presidential rally coming up in Kwara State on Monday.
The PDP BOT boss also said the vow by the APC to defeat PDP in the forthcoming general elections in the state was an empty one.
He stated that PDP had maintained dominant electoral victories in the state in the past elections and would also be victorious in the coming polls.
